I am wondering if people play here. the discord invite comes up expired. when i try to login the game it just hangs on connecting to login server, doesnt go to character creation screen.

You would need to change a file manually to login! If you have access to New Beginnings server through Discord, then you should be able to make the change of addresses that is needed to be changed on your end.

As I stated in the original post the discord invite on the New Beginnings About Us page comes up invalid or expired so without a valid discord invite its impossible to join.
